Orders are packed by hand in our atelier, wrapped in signature tissue and dispatched with insured, tracked carriers.
Why we don't run a physical store
A traditional boutique carries a heavy overhead — rent, fit-out, retail staffing — costs that are inevitably passed on to the client. We chose a different model.
By operating as an online-first atelier with a private showroom, we invest in the pieces themselves, in provenance and craftsmanship, and in the personal service that surrounds them. Our clients see the benefit in the objects, not in the address.
For high-end and private clients, a live video viewing of specific inventory can be arranged upon request. A stylist will present the pieces in real time, answer questions, and can hold items exclusively for the duration of the appointment.
A 10% refundable deposit is required to confirm a private live viewing. The deposit is fully refunded after the appointment, less any shipping or courier costs incurred to prepare the pieces for presentation. If you proceed with a purchase, the deposit is credited directly against your order.
Request a private viewingApproximately 95% of our inventory is shipped from abroad — from ateliers, maisons and independent artisans across Europe, Japan and the Middle East. Every piece is inspected on arrival at our atelier before it is dispatched to you.
Because most pieces travel to you from abroad, our standard delivery window is 7–21 business days, fully insured and tracked end-to-end. In-atelier stock ships in 3–5 days; bespoke or made-to-order commissions take 4–8 weeks; Maison Privée and sourced vintage pieces typically arrive within 2–6 weeks after authentication. Expedited air freight (3–5 days) is available on request. The confirmed window for your piece is shown at checkout and in your order email.
If your order arrives and is not as described, we will refund it in full — no negotiation, no restocking fee. Simply contact our client care team within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange a complimentary return.
Bespoke commissions and personalised pieces are covered by the same guarantee against defects and misdescription.
